Metal Dollar is backed by supported reserve assets managed through smart contracts, including USDC, PYUSD, and USDP. Deposit an approved basket stablecoin to mint XMD 1:1, or redeem XMD 1:1 into a supported reserve asset. Treasury balances are available for on-chain verification.

Use XMD as a quote asset across Metal X markets. Mint it 1:1 with a supported stablecoin, trade available pairs, and redeem it back into a supported reserve asset when needed.
Deploy a Stablecoin
Financial institutions and businesses can work with Metallicus to deploy branded stablecoin infrastructure and propose eligible reserve assets for inclusion in the Metal Dollar Treasury. Basket composition and governance decisions are reviewed through the Metal DAO community.
